Full Service Application Support
  Software is a tool and is only as useful as it is effectively used.  There are three aspects to TimeManagement's full service application approach.
Full service begins with training.
  TimeManagement trainers understand how TMx works. Perhaps, more important, they understand business drivers, operating environment and objectives common to most restaurant operators. Trainers are available on-site at customer locations or by phone, when needed.
Support is available when you need it ... 24 hours a day.
 

Application and technical support are typically most needed when the manager is closing for the day. TimeManagement staff is available by phone at closing time whether it is 10:00 PM or 2:00 AM.  TMx means a human answering the phone whenever you need help, not voice mail jail.
